Structuring the commercial and marketing approach of a highly specialised devshop
Strong engineers, in a market where almost nobody understands what is being sold. You might recognise the situation: a highly skilled technical team, almost invisible commercially. I arrived in an ecosystem I did not know, and left them with a proven, well-oiled commercial and marketing organisation.
- Skill
- Framing and objectives
- What it proves
- Proves the ability to install a complete commercial and marketing organisation inside a technical company, in an ecosystem discovered on arrival, while producing quality video content in an ecosystem where that is not the norm.
- Useful to
- You, running a highly skilled technical team!

Marketing is a steered investment, not an expense
zKorp is a Web3 technical studio, working on cutting-edge subjects: homomorphic encryption, on-chain products, the privacy side of crypto. Skill was never the problem, and at your company it probably isn’t either, if you hired serious people who spent years training on hard subjects before joining.
The problem was elsewhere. They could not sell themselves, had no structured prospecting and no lasting organisation around content creation. The brand and the website did not reflect the quality of what they offer. Positioning was vague, and the messaging spoke to technical peers, not to prospects.
On top of that, an internal organisation issue. If decisions get lost between two meetings at your company too, a responsibility matrix per project is often part of the solution!
What I installed
Clarified the offering and the positioning of the company. Refined the overall branding, and each partner’s personal positioning.
Built the sales materials that support prospecting, then organised and deployed that prospecting across three channels: LinkedIn, Lemlist and X. Three, not ten: better to properly run three than half-run ten.
Content for LinkedIn and X, video content, articles. A complete rebuild of the website, from scratch, because the existing one failed on positioning, on messaging and as a professional showcase.
Product and product branding advice. Hiring an intern. Sales materials for the Colosseum hackathon, for the Hydra project.

I went to their clients, with them
In-person commercial and marketing representation of the company: EthCC, Zama Builder Villa, to carry the company’s message. Maybe you send someone to represent your company at a trade show without ever checking what they actually say once they’re there, without knowing whether they really know your offers, your clients, this quarter’s objectives, or just the company name printed on a badge someone hung around their neck the night before?
This is the point that matters most here, and what separates a marketing service from a real engagement. Want that level of involvement? That is what I bring.

What it changed
A structured marketing and sales organisation, where there was none. Clarified positioning and offers. A website that holds up. And content designed from the start not to expire: the articles and product videos still stand today.
What stays after I leave
A complete handover document covering internal organisation, the method for building a solution, prospecting and communication. It was written so they could continue without me, not to justify the invoice. Yours would be written for you, the same way.
