Entering an unknown ecosystem and building everything from zero

No brief, no budget, no team. I walked into an ecosystem I did not know, built products in it, and earned my place there by turning it into quality content in English. This is the case where I am my own client, so the one where there is nobody to hide behind. Want to see how I work without a net? Here it is.

What it proves

Useful to
You want to know whether I actually build, or just advise. Here is the answer.
NFT Nexus landing page, presenting four tools accessible through a single connection.
NFT Nexus, a suite of tools built first for one specific community, then opened up more widely, with the same underlying logic: reuse.

Example: every shipped feature published its own demo GIF

This is the sentence that best sums up my approach, and it comes from this project. On NFT Nexus, every feature developed triggered a workflow that automatically produced the demo GIF to publish. Development and content creation directly tied together, producing both at once.

If I come to work for you and build internal tools to make our work together easier, that also becomes a differentiator for your company in the eyes of your clients. Everything gets built, and everything turns into something else!

Understanding the ecosystem before talking about it

I arrived in Web3 knowing nothing about it. First as CMO for zKorp, which let me put my own foot into another ecosystem they were not in: NFTs. What followed is the method I apply everywhere, including at your company: read, build, show up in person, and only put strategies in place afterwards.

I travelled to the field: the NFC Summit in Lisbon, an exhibition in Basel, France’s biggest crypto event in Cannes, EthCC. That is where you meet the people you will later target, so you have to go to your audience to understand what they expect and solve their problems!

Then I created Zeta Call, a co-hosted Web3 show in regular episodes, and articles on X devoted to projects studied in depth before I talked about them, to bring real knowledge and build a community around subjects that interest me.

Tools that serve both sides: mine AND yours

I built a site that gathers useful applications for the Web3 space, including an NFT Portfolio Manager used by dozens of users every day (it also won me a hackathon, by the way). I also built streaming tools for my own live shows, later reused for clients. Everything I build, personally and professionally, is built with reuse for my clients in mind.

That is the important point: this is not wasted research. This ground is a test bench, and the companies I work with, yours too if you trust me, get the already-proven tools I built along the way!

Making dense, hostile financial data readable. The same exercise as a dashboard executives must grasp in ten seconds… months of trial and error to get there, and my clients benefit from it through the workflows and business logic absorbed by my knowledge vault at every working session.
